Information sent and contact process
The contact form sends the information you enter through Formspree: name, email address, optional company and phone details, and your message. Requests are forwarded to [email protected]. Your email application does not need to open.
Purpose and legal basis
Information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss projects and prepare quotations. Depending on the request, processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. There is no automatic newsletter subscription.
Recipients and service providers
Messages are currently accessed by Élodie Sabban. Information needed to follow up a project may be shared with Jean-Philippe Pisanias, an independent professional working with Point Commun. Formspree processes form submissions, email providers deliver messages and Cloudflare Pages hosts the website.
Retention
Enquiries that do not result in a contract are retained for no longer than three years after the last exchange. Contractual records may be kept longer where required by law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by contacting [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
